This sweet, delicious, pink smoothie is the perfect quick treat for Valentine's Day!
Ingredients:
2 medium bananas
1 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon of chia, flax, and hemp seeds
1 cup of ice
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix it up! If you want a sweeter smoothie, add a teaspoon of maple syrup. If you want an extra twist, add a few leaves of mint. Top with some fresh fruit and seeds and enjoy!!
