Green Ya Colada Bowl

This healthy and simple smoothie bowl is the perfect start to the day! All you need to do is blend all the ingredients up and ta-da! Breakfast.


Ingredients:

1 cup of frozen pineapple

1/2 packed cup of fresh or frozen spinach

1/4 cup of shredded coconut

1/2 cup of oat milk (or other non-dairy milk)

1 banana

1 tablespoon of hemp seeds

1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds

Fruit and nuts, for topping


Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Top with fresh fruit, nuts, and seeds. Enjoy!
