Chocolate Covered Strawberry Chia Pudding

This delicious and nourishing chia pudding is easy to make and a filling breakfast.


Ingredients:

4 tablespoons chia seeds

1 cup oat milk

1.5 teaspoons cocoa powder

1 teaspoon- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, depending on how sweet you want it

4 strawberries, diced

1/2 teaspoon flax seeds

1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds

1 chocolate dipped strawberry, for topping (optional)


Mix all the ingredients (except for the strawberries) together in a closed container and shake until combined. Let sit for ten minutes until the chia has absorbed most of the liquid.

Serve in a cup or bowl and layer the fresh strawberries in. Enjoy!
