These perfect, healthy, easy snacks are delicious and made with simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 block of extra-firm tofu
1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of rosemary
1/4-1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
Ketchup, to serve
Preheat the air fryer to 450 degrees F. Cut the block of tofu down the middle heighthwise and wrap in a towel to dry out. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl.
Cut the tofu into thirds widthwise, cut them into squares, and then cut them into triangles. Coat each triangle in the seasoning, then put them on a lined pan.
Bake for thirty minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Serve with ketchup and enjoy!
